Standard and safe packing : We pack each keyboard very carefully under strict and standard packing process to make sure each keyboard can work well when our customers recieved. We streamline the size of our boxes in order to reduce overall package volume. Less volume , less shipping cost . Meanwhile , we use strong and waterproof materials for boxes , and put foam to protect products safely ;

Warranty

Warranty and return & refund : 6 month warranty from the shipment . For example , for change , we kindly ask you to make within 3 days after receiving the items ; for return , we kindly ask you to make within 7 days. Buyer should pay for the shipping fee for return , and seller will pay for the replacement ;

Shipment

By Express: UPS , EMS , DHL , Fedex , TNT (3 - 7 days);

By post air mail or post air parcel ( 7 - 30 days);

By Air ( The customer picks up the goods on the airport );

By Sea ( LCL, container ) for large order;
